The Lord has greatly blessed the First Baptist Church in Wilmer, Texas by making it possible to celebrate over 109 years as a beacon of faith to the city of Wilmer. We reached our 100th Anniversary on Oct 16, 2016 and feel a great sense of accomplishment and privilege to have been a part of this monumental occasion. There have been many men and women who have given their lives in faithful service and sacrifice to bring about that day. Many of these individuals have gone on to be with the Lord, but there are still a few still with us today. All of them have been a blessing to the church and to this community. We look to the Lord for help and guidance and ask for your prayers that we will be faithful as those who have gone before us.

Come Grow With Us as we have started our countdown to one hundred and ten years of service to the City of Wilmer Texas. FBC Wilmer has partnered with Nueva Esperanza to hold dual services on Sunday for the growing Hispanic community in Wilmer. Service Times: 10:00AM for English and 1:00PM for Spanish.
